Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cnbboc.com and the filing services provided by the Office of Christian Vasquez at the California New Business Bureau (“CNBB”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

CNBB is a private business filing firm. We are not a government agency, not affiliated with the State of California or the IRS, and not the Better Business Bureau. We act as your authorized agent to prepare and file business documents.

2. Not legal or tax advice

Information on this site and conversations with our staff are provided for general informational purposes. We are not a law firm and we are not your attorney. Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice. For legal or tax questions specific to your situation, please consult a licensed attorney or CPA. We are happy to refer you to one.

3. Engagement & fees

Our service fees are quoted up front before any filing is started and are due in full before submission unless otherwise agreed. Government filing fees are passed through at the rate charged by the relevant agency. Once paperwork has been submitted to a government agency, service fees and filing fees are non-refundable.

Error-free guarantee. If a filing we prepare is rejected by the relevant agency due to a clerical error on our part, we will correct and refile it at no additional service fee. This guarantee does not cover information you provide that turns out to be inaccurate, name conflicts disclosed after filing, or agency policy changes outside our control.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Sign required documents truthfully and on time.
  • Pay government fees and our service fees as quoted.
  • Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about your filings.

5. Turnaround times

We work to file your documents promptly, but ultimate processing times depend on the relevant government agency and are outside our control. Estimates we share are good-faith estimates only.

6. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape content, submit malware, or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to block or remove anyone who does.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, logo and images — is owned by CNBB or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish it without written consent.

8. Third-party links

We may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNBB's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site or our services shall not exceed the service fees you paid us for the engagement that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under them shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
